Nurses Across Borders (USA) is your gateway for a nursing job in the USA from permanent full-time to temporary part-time positions in hospitals, nursing and care homes in a number of locations in the USA. If you are a registered nurse, we will help you find an employer who will pay for your travel to and within the USA to take up your post while we provide you with a Nurseducate® training program that supports and guides you through your immigration process before you settle into your job at no cost to you. You will feel at home in your job, whether you had traveled from the West Coast to New York or from Asia to Baltimore. We also assist in the registration with the State Board, and preparation for the NCLEX and IELTS (if required). Under our Nurseducate® package, funded by the employer, we offer a hospitality and counseling service from the day you arrive at the airport to for up to one month afterwards, to make your move to the USA a pleasant and fruitful one.

Our Clients
We have contracted with reputable hospitals, nursing and care homes in the USA. They will interview you in person, via telephone or video wherever you are after you have been short listed. Our clients are happy to consider those who haven’t registered with a USA Nursing Board and passed the NCLEX, but preference will eb given to those who have. However if you are determined, State Board registration and the NCLEX exams can be done within a few months.

Nurses Across Borders is setting up twinning nursing degree programmes between nursing schools in less developed countries and the UK
- The twinning degree will help overseas students obtain a UK nursing degree by doing part of their training in their country of origin and a final part in the UK ·
